I have tried it and it stinks. Sometimes the bar gets stuck to the side of the dryer, but most times it starts to crumble after a few uses and then it gets crap all over your clothing. I got two of them for free, and am glad I didn't waste money on them.
I've switched almost completely over to the bounce dryer bar... I got them when they were new and there were loads of awesome coupons for them... Mine hasn't ever crumbled - I really like the smell - I notice less lint on the dryer screen... and it's less to do (trying to remember to toss a sheet in)...

Oh on the bounce stick bar...I haven't tried it but my MOPS friends say that it doesn't work. They also can't get the bar unstuck from their dryer.
