Have yet to hear back from anyone from Subway. My husband spoke to the manager of the store yesterday & received a full refund. As far as hearing from anyone from corporate, we have to "wait until Monday". It is by the grace of God my daughter felt the metal & did not attempt to eat or swallow it. So many horrific scenarios could have played out - none of them good.

So glad your daughter didn't swallow the metal or bite on it! I'm still suing a pub because they put a nail in my jacket potato which unfortunately caused me a fracture in my tooth :(
What the hell is that? Thank God your daughter discovered it. So glad you took a picture of it too. I'm baffled as to what it is and how the hell it got in the bread.
