The Dos & Don'ts.

At Christmas time. :)

1.) Don't carry your new twin babies, dressed in dresses with hairbows, around & say "I gots my boys!"

2.) Don't open a gift & comment "I hate Diego, can I open another gift?" in front of the person who so graciously bought you Diego.

3.) Do get frustrated with hubby & say "look, you big bald elf!" & laugh yourself silly afterwards.

4.) Do threaten your hubby with bodily harm for using loud, annoying, electric sissors that he thinks are sooooo fun. Oh, & the sissors will be the weapen of choice when inflicting the body damage.

5.) Don't climb your cousin's dresser, pull out a purple medication & smear it on his belongings & your new OshKosh clothing.

6.) Don't ask your sister in law "is it good stuff, or all crappy?" when her neighbors bring them Christmas goodies.

7.) Do exhaust your children Christmas Eve so they hit their beds & immediately conk out.

8.) Don't toss your new race car from Santa & say "I don't need that!". Hurts Santa's feelings.

9.) Don't force your children to drink milk & eat donuts. Who cares if they don't want any. It's Christmas!

10.) Do thank the good Lord for beautiful children & a beautiful Christmas. Not to mention to the most important...Christ.

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. Christmas is my favorite Holiday & it always will be. There's just something about Christmas. :)

And lastly - Merry Christmas to my mom & dad...wherever they may be on life's journey.

Merry Christmas!

Had to erase our name & home phone number on that there photo. Some Texas slang for ya. :)

Best Buy had my Dell CPU for 9 days & never touched it. After 9 days of the runaround, we picked it up & today husband took it to work to let "his" guys see if anything on the hard drive was salvagable. And...all (meaning everything!) of my information can be saved! Yippee! Yep, it only took them a couple of hours to figure that out - those guys rock! They are already transferring it & not only that, the hard drive can also be fixed!

Thank goodness. Finally, something positive! :)

I have to say.

I have the most awesome husband in the world. I really do. He rocks.

Today, I'm at Sonic again. Retrieving my most needed Diet Coke. I am really stressed right now - not sure why - but I'm kinda down in the dumps. And I don't like it.

So I get my coke & grab my two wee ones some lunch. As I'm pulling out, I pick up my large Diet Coke; the lid pops off, it slips out of my hand...& yep, all over the driver's side & passenger's side of my car. Yes, this just happened to me a few weeks ago.

I just laid my head down & started balling. Right there at good ol' Sonic. Finally I mumble some choice words (I won't repeat them here) & drive home. I phone Mr. Husband justa cryin' away. Low & behold my husband leaves work, drives all the way home & gets my car, & takes it straight to the car wash so the guys can clean my carpets & get the coke out. He knows how much I love my car & I try to take such good care of it. So sweet of him. He is amazing.

Not only that, but my cell phone has not worked lately, & I was so tee'd at it today, I actually just threw the $^&@! thing in the trash. My husband actually fished it out & took it to get me a new one.

I'll tell you what - my husband is a blessing! Thank you & love ya, hubby! xoxo

Yeehaw! Photos!

Just for fun. And just because they're so darn cute! :)

Good news! I haven't lost any photos, even if they can't be retrieved off my Dell hard drive. I discovered last night that I hadn't yet deleted them off my camera! Yippee! :)
Good news again! You can now click on the photo & another version/screen will pop up! Not sure the quality is any different, though. :)

While the cat is away.

Everything breaks. I shall recap just for kicks.

Husband left for Minnesota Tuesday a.m.

1.) I went to vacuum - vacuum cleaner broke. I tried to glue it. It didn't work. I cannot live without a vacuum cleaner.
2.) Then decided to wash the floor. While the sink was filling, I put dishes away. I turned back around to discover the sink had filled with black water!
3.) Scalded my hand by sticking it in the water to drain it. Ow.
4.) Immediately stuck my hand under cold tap water to relieve the pain - only to find out the cold water was still scalding hot from filling the sink. Scalded hand again. Ow again.
5.) Called water department & after some trial & error, we discovered one of our water heaters is going out. Lovely.
6.) Sit down at my computer. Visit a celebrity site I frequent. Clicked on a link. Computer crashed. (hence my disappearance) Ok, so I sit & talk to myself the remainder of the day. And night.
7.) The following day, I was in the bathroom. House alarm went off. Hmm. Seems Jaguar decided to call the fire department while I was preoccupied.
8.) Went to Sonic after school. When I was handing Bentley his drink, the bottom fell out of the cup. Root Beer all over my car. Everywhere. Nice.
9.) That night I called Dell computer. Come to find out, my hard drive crashed. Hopefully all my stuff can be saved! That concerns me. I have loads & loads & loads on my hard drive. So, my computer will be out of commission for quite some time. Peachy. And no, I don't back up my computer. I will from here on out, though.
10.) The following day is believe it or not, relatively quiet. Thank God.
11.) Friday a.m. After dropping Bents off at school, I find a lady running in our neighborhood & discover a car following her. After a long 'you follow me, I'll follow you' game & a police call, I pick up the lady & drive her home. Did my good deed for the day.
12.) Husband arrives home. Yay! I'm posting from his nasty laptop. I hate laptops!
And it's a MAC. Blah. But for now, it'll get the job done. Thank goodness Santa is bringing the kids their own computer for Christmas. Then mom will have a backup computer besides hubby's! :)

Happy weekend! :)

*I actually do backup my photos. Thank goodness! I just backed up a year's worth a few weeks ago. My computer is now in the shop - if I lose any photos at all, it will be 3 months worth because I was still editing them. I hope they can retrieve them! I don't want to lose any photos of my children! I can live with losing all my other information but heavens, not my photos! I have a Dell computer that I've had 4 years or so. Tomorrow we'll be buying a new computer since it's pretty much the same cost as having mine repaired. Back up your computer people - obviously they can crash at any time! :)

Michelle - couldn't you have given me that information like a week or so ago? :) Hubby says you are very smart (yeah, yeah) & we will be purchasing an EHD. :)

Katie - you work on one of these? I'm ready to throw this thing out the window! I can barely see what I'm typing. :)
