True Tori & my unimportant thoughts.

I have followed Tori & Dean for years, back when they had their first reality show, back when they ran bed & breakfasts. I don't even remember the name of the show. Somewhere along the way I bid them farewell & only hear about them through my favorite - celebrity gossip. I am a celebrity guru. :)

And now, as we all know, Dean had an affair & Tori is crumbling, Dean says it's "not about the sex" (cough hogwash cough) & to make matters worse, toss into the mix - 5 little children. One with Dean's ex-wife & four with Tori.

I haven't watched True Tori until today. Up until watching the first show, I was feeling is difficult to feel sorry for her, considering when she met Dean & they had their affair, they were both married to other people. It's difficult to feel sorry for the pot, when she calls the kettle black, sotospeak.

These are just my thoughts on the matter - my opinion(s) only. And no, they don't matter. :) I'm fascinated with celebrities & am so intrigued with their lives.

*For the record - I am in no way, for whatever reason, a supporter of adultery. I was raised in it. I witnessed it as a child. For years. It's deplorable. Every dwelling has a door - walk out it first & leave your spouse/partner with the one ounce of dignity they have left.

First, True Tori is heartbreaking. Truly, truly heartbreaking to watch & hear. I think most of it is genuine, but I think some of it might be exaggerated a bit to intensify an already horrible situation. Nonetheless, her life is a mess & no matter what, it's an extremely sad situation.

I think there is a lot of 'pity Tori' going on. I think a lot of pity Tori is mainly from pity Tori herself. And yes, she was screwed over. Yes, her life went to hell in a hand basket in one day. Is it turn about is fair play? Because this is exactly what Tori & Dean, intentionally, willingly, victoriously did to Dean's ex-wife (Mary Jo Eustace). Disgusting. It was a choice. And now the 'choice' has been inflicted on her.

Physically, Tori is looking really thin & fragile. It's almost as if her entire life has bitten off more than she can chew. Her physical state, in my opinion, is a little bit alarming.

Who knew? moment: Dean wears "polished toes".

In the video, Dean looks raw. Rough. To me, her really looks like a man that has been beaten as low as he can go. He totally sounds sincere, but Tori says she's heard these words before, so possibly he's anything but sincere. Or maybe he keeps repeating them because the words give him hope. He looks empty. I don't see him as wanting sympathy - I see him as a guy who is hurt & pained with guilt. Is that a free ticket? Hell no.

Watching them at the treatment center, while talking to the therapist, it's obvious their marriage has had issues for a very long time. Tori noticed changes in Dean a couple of months into the marriage & now she mentions not trusting him throughout the marriage, seeing "old patterns" of behavior - wow. I consistently watched their realities shows in the past & I never picked up on any of what they're admitting. But we all know, a lot of that material is not real life.

As the video goes on, it kind of appears to me that Dean is experiencing almost some withdrawals of some sort. I could be way off base - but he's nervous, fidgety, on-edge, anxious - could just be the entire ordeal. Reminds me of an addiction withdrawal.

Now knowing that they've had issues for so long & she was obviously aware that his behavior is inconsistent & undesirable, yet she continued with the marriage & continued to bring children into the marriage - it's almost like, geeze, she knew was this was coming. Praying it wouldn't, thinking it may. Not only did he do it to his last wife (with Tori, hate to keep saying that, but she participated), but it's as if she could predict something in the marriage was going to go wrong. Soon.

It's almost a week after the first show aired. It was just announced that Tori had been "secretly hospitalized" for 6 days, but I think she's home now. Evidently, she filmed while in the hospital. I'm trying to find her motive behind filming in the hospital - why would someone keep production going when something so serious is obviously wrong?

I have no clue what the hospitalization is about, but as of now, I believe it's time for Ms. Tori to put on her big girl panties & step up to the plate. It's been 4 months now since the affair, she knew he was an adulterer when she hooked up with him, she mentions in the video that she was on to some of his undesirable behavior…it's time to turn 'pity Tori', turn off the sympathy, own up, grow up & get this rectified & do what's right for your children.

I'll try to watch tomorrow's episode later this week. Sure is interesting, that's for sure. Sad, but interesting.

I don't mean one needs to wear an inappropriate and/or skimpy string bikini, but come on! Work whatcha got! You have many years ahead of you when you can dress ancient - don't do it now! And honestly, it looks like her diaper bottoms are just flat out too big. Can she really think that looks good? And look at the hubba hunk beside her! What a cutie! They kinda-sorta-in-a-way make a cute couple. If he treats her like a queen, she should try to hang onto him!

2012 Met Gala - lets talk dresses!

I've read that the Met Gala is often referred to as the "Oscars of Fashion"; the "Met Costume Gala is the biggest fashion event of the year". Fun! I can't imagine getting all dolled up for an event such as this. So much fun! Today, I was able to peek at the dresses. I love some pretty dresses! They make my heart go pitter pat. ♥

Truth be told, I was a little disappointed! Out of all the dresses I viewed, there were really only a handful that I thought were truly beautiful. I definitely saw some icky ones. I'll start with those. These are my opinions only -

This dress cracks me up. It's like it's screaming "look at me & my two teeny tiny, itty bitty little boobies squished prim & proper in this big ol' dress!"



Ok, this black dress looks like one of those Great Tailed Grackle birds with a honkin' black toupee attached to the bottom.



And what the hell is this thing? A sheet? Is it inside out or right side out? Did some buttons fall off? Is it just a pattern? Does it matter?



The Barney dress. It's really not that bad, but the train's too long. And her boobs are sagging too low. It's such a light, pretty dress - until you get to the bottom! This sucker looks heavy! I can just picture this little lady trying to climb stairs - heaving & hoing with all she's got, pulling that sucker along, hoping she makes it to the top.

Oh my gosh. This one. Have you ever seen the Barbie cakes? Where Barbie's plastic body is the upper half of the cake, & the lower half is the huge, round, decorated cake? They resemble this dress. Except the Barbie cakes are prettier.



I don't know what to say about this dress. Other than if she would have worn black lipstick, her face would have blended in perfectly!



Now. There's only a few select individuals who can successfully wear what I call, the boob plunge. And she ain't one of them. Getting older sucks, girl, I know. But come on. Zip it up a little.



Wouldn't she look pretty taped to the top of a birthday present? No?



What. The. Eff. Mary Poppins? Layered apricot poodles?



Hideous. Lampshade. Is that a net on her head?



Ok. This looks like bottle caps glued on coasters, strung together, fastened to her undies. And her heels are just darling. Or disgusting.



Look here. I'm sure you didn't notice, but peek at her crotch area. How uncomfortable can that be? Her britches look like the young guys who currently are wearing their pants past their behinds. She thought this was a good look on her? And it looks like it itches!



Hi Grandma! I guess the positive I can find is that her hair color is in the same color family! Um, no.



Good Lord have mercy, more sheets. Honestly, I can not stand JSP. I cringe when I see her. Reasons such as this are probably why. And I'm assuming her beautician was out of town. As always.



LOL! What in the hell is this? The boobless one looks terrified, while the big, metallic one...well...LOL. Hilarious!



One tiny Olsen + mugging of the Pope + hijacking a japanese kimono + dyed their attire black = her dress for the night. So disrespectful.



Now this color, I love! And all is well from the neck down. A little stuffy & safe, but pretty. But from the neck up? Princess Leia, iz that u? Where'z your bunz?



This, is gorgeous. This is gorgeous on her. (Wrong lipstick color.) But the pom poms & black chiclets ruin the dress.



Lace curtains/ lace doilies/mosquito netting with purple grapes peeking through. Yeah.



O.M.G. It's blinding & it looks like a Pokemon figurine. 'Nuff said.



This is ill-fitting dress coupled with pink shoes (?) = disaster.



Excuse me - I cannot refrain. What the fuck is this? Is she blind? Does she have friends? Are those shoelaces?????



I'm confused. Is it a dress wearing July 4th or is it a 8 year's old wallpaper?



One of Hollywood's most famous couples. Him, acceptable. Her? This is the best she could do? What I noticed first is actually the hem of the dress. Doesn't it look like it was too long, they were out of time, so they just folded the edge under & fastened it with straight pins? And the shoes? All of it. Epic fail.



Beyonce. I watched Entertainment Tonight tonight (heehee) & they voted her 'best dressed'. To me, it looks like someone stepped on her train while she was still walking & it shredded & separated the dress.



Maybes:

The more I look at this one, the more I like it. But the train's too long.



Julianne Hough. I really love her. Or I did, until she got a little big for her britches. Anyway, lately, every time I see her, she looks different to me. Maybe her face is maturing? Nonetheless, she's wearing my favorite color.



Beautiful & sophisticated. Divine color. But it looks hot & heavy. And not in a way we all enjoy. Ahem.



Both hairstyles = ew. Dress? Maybe. Maybe not.



I actually love this dress! But the color is too drab. Too washed out. Glorious style!



I also love this dress! Love it! But not on her. I think it would look fab on a brunette - would bring the dark beading out in the dress. Adore the style!
